| Mars January 2008 First attempt at Mars in a little over 2 years. Conditions were not very good, high thin clouds kept causing me problems, and I'm sure the scope needs collimation. First image is using a 2X barlow with the Toucam and C8, the next two are using eyepiece projection using a 25mm and 18mm eyepiece respectively. |

| Mars, August 13th from North Carolina coast. C8 with a Toucam 740k, no filters. The two smaller images are using a 2X barlow in EP projection mode. The larger image is a Celestron 10mm SMA eyepiece in EP projection. I think this is pushing it a bit too far. K3CCDtools , Registax3, and PSP7. The images have not been resized. |
